I thought I'd put this up since a lot of people have issues with line art separation...and there are some really BAD techniques out there.
Namely the wand tool. The wand...evil, evil creation...
So knock yourselves out and enjoy! This is the way I was taught to use at Media Design School, a teriary college that teaches in-depth computer graphic design.

Thanks. Levels provides nice control, but it also, unfortunately, destroys data as it goes; that makes it irreversible basically. Thankfully with channels you can always go back...

Bleh, no offence but I hate those tutorials... so damn complicated XP I scan in Color, save in JPG, and then use Multiply once I've fixed it up a bit with Levels

LOL...that's the problem. It's so f00king expensive that most people either have a bootleg copy or don't have it at all, since PSP is cheaper by far. If only I had both...T_T

For those who have many watchers, and for those who dont have many, it is hard to know how one retains that interest as well as receive more. This article explores the basics of watchers and how we react to certain situations. Although it does not affect some deviants, and the tips are generally related to common sense, we hope the article is a worthwhile read and that the majority learn something from reading this.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
